The Optum Enterprise Training team provides a wide array of learning services, such as Instructional Design, Facilitation, and Content Management, to a broad and diverse customer group within Optum. This fast-paced team plays a vital role in the success of employee onboarding, as well as specialized skill and role enhancement training.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for creating reporting for a large training organization
- Assessing class, course, and trainer performance to identify trends and make recommendations
- Design and develop workflows and solutions within the Smartsheet platform that enhance training functions
- Partner with leadership teams to identify opportunities for process and reporting enhancements
- Use Tableau and Metrics that Matter platforms to create and review key training reporting

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years in either a Training or BA/Reporting/Data Analyst role
- 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Data Analyst role
- 2+ Years of experience in either a Training or Educational organization
- 2+ years of experience in evaluating Training programs
- At least intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to create solutions to unique customer requests and promote adoption
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Business, or Education fields
- Experience using and developing solutions using Smartsheet
- Experience designing end to end solutions from a set of business requirements
- Experience creating reporting and dashboards
- Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools
