Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Regularly scheduled shifts during hours of operation
- Overtime and weekend availability may be required
- Pay range: $16.50 – $20.50/hour (based on location, skills, and experience)
What You’ll Do
- Provide service support to members and providers via phone, chat, email, and other contact center channels.
- Assist with inquiries regarding Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace services.
- Conduct surveys related to health assessments and satisfaction.
- Document member and provider inquiries accurately and thoroughly.
- Respond empathetically, build rapport, and exceed customer expectations.
- Support provider needs such as member eligibility, covered benefits, and claim status.
- Collaborate with internal and external departments to resolve issues.
- Meet performance goals in quality, attendance, and adherence.
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience in a high-volume environment
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a structured, schedule-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with systems such as Genesys, Salesforce, Pega, QNXT, Verint, Kronos, and CVS Caremark (preferred)
- Associate’s degree a plus
