Schedule

  • Full-time
  • 100% Remote (U.S.-based)
  • Must be available for nights, weekends, and variable scheduling
  • Overtime may be required

What You’ll Do

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls with commercial customers regarding delinquent accounts
  • Negotiate payment plans in line with federal, state, and company collection policies
  • Explain billing cycles, charges, and services in clear, professional language
  • Process payments, set up arrangements, and issue disconnects when needed
  • Resolve account discrepancies using internal tools and established procedures
  • Work cross-functionally to uphold Comcast’s Net Promoter System (NPS)
  • Maintain high standards of integrity, confidentiality, and customer care

What You Need

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 0–2 years of customer service, collections, or account management experience
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to multitask across systems in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Comfort with inbound and outbound phone interactions
  • Familiarity with internet, phone, or cable services a plus
