Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role (U.S.-based, EST time zone preferred)
  • Standard weekday business hours
  • Salary range: $50,500–$65,000 plus bonus

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end renewal process for assigned Cisco accounts, from review to deal close.
  • Meet quarterly bookings targets and renewal/expansion metrics.
  • Analyze account KPIs for health, identifying upsell or expansion opportunities.
  • Research contracts and entitlements to ensure accurate, relevant renewal quotes.
  • Build strong client relationships, guiding customers through contract renewal strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Sales, and Customer Success for compliance and timely execution.
  • Track renewal pipeline, cancellations, pending deals, and reasons for non-renewals.
  • Support billing issue resolution and assist in evolving operational processes to streamline renewals.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • 3+ years in inside sales, renewals, or customer service in IT.
  • Familiarity with enterprise technology, support contracts, and maintenance renewals.
  • Track record of quota achievement in renewals or sales.
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, terms of service, and SaaS renewal strategies.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, analytical, and highly organized.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-facing professionalism.
  • Vendor-specific certifications and SLED/EDU experience are a plus.
