As a Customer Service Representative Specialist Senior within PNC’s Treasury Management Client Care organization, this is a remote position and can sit anywhere within the PNC footprint, except for Colorado, Hawaii, Alaska. There is limited expectation for regular in person, in office activities.

Available shifts are: 11:00a-3:00p EST, 4:00p-8:00p EST

Work Experience

Roles at this level typically require an Associates or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Typically requires 3+ years experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
