Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote position (equipment provided)

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing or past customers to upsell additional products and services
- Match solutions to customer needs, including internet, home phone, programming, and TV packages
- Build rapport quickly and handle objections with confidence
- Stay current on all product packages and promotions
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of outbound sales experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Proven ability to follow a sales script effectively
- Strong rapport-building and objection-handling skills
- Goal-driven mindset with a desire to maximize bonus earnings
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to multitask across multiple programs
- Must connect equipment directly to modem with ethernet cable
