- Training & Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST
- Full-time, Temp-to-Hire opportunity

What You’ll Do
- Place high-volume outbound calls to provider offices to obtain patient charts.
- Accurately enter and update data across multiple systems.
- Follow all HIPAA regulations and established operating procedures.
- Support timely and accurate access to medical records.
What You Need
- 1+ year of call center customer service experience (required).
- Healthcare or medical records experience a plus.
- Strong computer navigation and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must live within 60 minutes of Houston, TX 77086.
