Schedule

  • Remote – applicants must live in FL, GA, UT, or AZ
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–9:00 PM EST (must be flexible for any 8-hour shift)
  • Full-time with paid training
  • Equipment shipped directly to your home

What You’ll Do

  • Handle high-volume inbound calls, with occasional outbound calls depending on department needs.
  • Provide accurate, timely information to patients and healthcare providers.
  • Assist callers with application status and follow-ups.
  • Follow call scripts and company procedures.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure an effortless caller experience.
  • Multitask across multiple internal systems using dual monitors.

What You Need

  • At least 1 year of recent call center experience (required, no exceptions).
  • Strong communication skills and active listening.
  • Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
  • Quiet, distraction-free home office with high-speed internet and wired modem connection (hotspots not accepted).
  • Basic computer skills (typing, navigating multiple systems, data entry).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
