- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST (must be available for any 8-hour shift)
- Full-time, Temp-to-Hire

What You’ll Do
- Process prior authorizations (PAs) and verify insurance coverage.
- Handle medical claims, denials, appeals, billing, and coding.
- Communicate with patients, providers, and insurance payers by phone and email.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls related to patient insurance and coverage.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid and payer guidelines.
What You Need
- 1+ year of recent experience in medical insurance, claims, or prior authorizations.
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid programs.
- Familiarity with ICD-10, HCPCS, or CPT coding (preferred).
- Ability to multi-task effectively with dual monitors.
- Strong communication skills and a professional work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must complete an on-camera interview.
