Role Overview
As a Graphic Designer on the Marketing Team, you’ll create a wide range of digital and print materials—from e-books and white papers to social media graphics and event collateral—that maintain the integrity of Businessolver’s brand identity. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, communications, and external vendors to execute high-quality creative projects that drive brand awareness and engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design creative concepts for print, web, and digital media, including brochures, marketing materials, direct mail, event invitations, and ads
  • Develop branded leadership content such as e-books, white papers, infographics, and videos
  • Create digital ads, internal brand elements, gated content, and social media assets
  • Partner with content writers, marketing strategists, and external vendors to execute campaigns
  • Track and manage projects from concept to final distribution in the project management system
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs
  • Organize and archive design files for ongoing accessibility

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with print, web, and digital media
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet multiple daily deadlines
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse internal teams
  • Professional communication skills, verbal and written
  • A compelling design portfolio is required

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $42,000 – $67,000 annually (based on experience, skills, and market data)
