Remote Fraud Investigations Associate III

About the Role
As a Remote Fraud Investigations Associate III, you will be supporting our client’s payment card customers. You will be reviewing their accounts for suspected fraud.
You will be responsible for:
Reviewing Fraudulent disputes of transactions on paycards that cardholders report as fraud.
During the fraud review, making a determination if there is evidence of fraud and if there is, then determine who is liable to refund the money to the cardholder whether it be Conduent, Paycard Vendor or the paying agency.
Requirements:
Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education
Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
Be able provide proof of US Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Residency (LPR)
Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check, credit check, security clearance, finger prints and drug test.
1-3 years of Customer Service in the banking industry, clearing house payment investigations, chargebacks or lending.
Excellent problem solving and research.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
Internet Minimum speed of 20 mbps upload and 5 mbps download.
Must live in one of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, MO, NE, NV, NJ, NM, NC, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WV, WI, WY
