Currently we are seeking a Customer Support Associate who will work directly with patients to facilitate patient visits virtually and resolve various issues.
This is a temporary full-time freelance position (no benefits included). We are seeking individuals with evening and overnight ability in order to provide 24/7 coverage to our patients.
Responsibilities:
Ensure patient visits are completed within the allotted service level, often within minutes, via internal tools (such as slack)
Monitor and escalate issues as they arise to management
Update our internal databases and maintain an accurate and extensive visit log
Respond to patient inquiries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat

Requirements
Experience as a Customer Support Associate or a similar role
Highly proficient in messaging programs (such as Slack), and modern task management systems including G-suite and Microsoft tools (Sheets|Excel experience a must)
Socially perceptive and service oriented
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
Personable with clinicians and teammates
Able to communicate clearly and effectively both in writing and in person
Able to function well in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Opinionated, trustworthy, and transparent
Able to maximize your own output, while simultaneously encouraging your teammates to do the same
Benefits
Base Salary for this role will be $20/hour
