Schedule
- Fully remote position
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment
- Standard business hours; specific schedule discussed during interview
What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional service to patients on behalf of clients
- Contact patients via phone to collect payments on medical bills
- Communicate accurate information in a clear, professional manner
- Review patient accounts and document interactions
- Negotiate reasonable payment arrangements
- Set up payments via check, electronic transfer, or credit card
- Follow company policies and procedures while meeting performance goals
- Collaborate with team leads and management to resolve disputes
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
- 1–2 years of customer service experience (medical billing or healthcare revenue cycle strongly preferred)
- Strong communication and confidentiality skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
