Schedule

  • Remote, full-time position
  • Flexible availability required
  • All applications, interviews, orientation, and training completed virtually

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with efficiency and professionalism
  • Set and follow up on customer appointments
  • Provide accurate information and deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Work toward achieving all performance standards and KPIs
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and 1:1 coaching sessions
  • Collaborate regularly with management and ownership to support success

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Typing speed of 35 WPM minimum
  • High-speed internet connection
  • Compatible wired headset and computer that passes system requirements
  • A quiet, distraction-free home workspace
  • Must reside in Georgia, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or West Virginia
