Boulo Solutions is sourcing Customer Service Representative’s for a newly founded human resources firm. They specialize in creating back office for companies including setting up and maintaining their payroll, benefits and other HR duties as needed. The company is based out of Florida and the positions we have will be 100% remote. The hours for this opening will be from 2pm-8pm EST Monday – Friday with rotating Saturdays from 11am-2pm EST.
Specific tasks include but are not limited to:
- Answering calls and emails from current and prospective clients
- Enter customer tickets
- Ability to learn internal software
- Ability to work remote with little to no supervision
- Must have proven customer service success
- Must have experience with payroll, HR, or benefits administration
- Outgoing, friendly and solution oriented
Schedule: There is one afternoon/evening shift Monday-Friday from 2pm-8pm EST with rotating Saturday from 11am-2pm EST.
Compensation: These roles are part time and will require approximately 30-35 hours per week and will be paid at a rate of $21-$22 per hour.
