Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking Call Center Representatives to work from home for a premier client in Indianapolis. Sound like something you’re interested in? - Pay pay rate is $17/hr.
- 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. / Monday – Friday

A typical day in the life of a Call Center Representative:
- Answering inbound calls and outbound calls
- Acting as first point-of-contact for caller
- Entering client information into website
- Retrieving information relating to client
- Establishing a professional relationship while understanding client needs
This job might be an outstanding fit if you are/can/have:
- Computer literate, navigate between programs, working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Call center or customer service experience
- Great interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
