Schedule
- Full-time, contract position
- 100% remote with virtual onboarding and training
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Weekly pay
Responsibilities
- Support all business units (stores, corporate, distribution centers, and buying offices) with new hire processing, I-9 completion, and E-Verify compliance using PeopleSoft and onboarding systems.
- Respond to and process ServiceNow cases, including HireRight, Talent Source, and PeopleSoft issue resolution.
- Provide assistance with onboarding and I-9 E-Verify issues for store associates.
- Perform HRIS administrative tasks such as creating notifications, reference documents, maintaining Excel spreadsheets, and running data audits.
- Participate in applicant tracking system testing and other system improvements.
- Maintain accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of HR processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant HR services or HR systems experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish (required).
- Strong communication, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Preferred: PeopleSoft, ServiceNow (SNOW), HRIS Onboarding Systems, Taleo.
