Job Title: Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative (2-Month Temp Assignment)
Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic bilingual Customer Service Representatives for a 2-month temporary assignment. The ideal candidates must reside in New York (NY) or New Jersey (NJ) and be ready to start immediately upon successful screening and interview.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat.

Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a high level of service.

Attend mandatory onsite training.

Requirements:

Must be bilingual (Spanish/English preferred).

Must reside in NY or NJ.
Availability to work from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday.
Must have high-speed internet access.

Must use a Chromebook or laptop (no iPads allowed).
Must have a headset with a microphone; gaming headset is ideal.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle various customers’ needs.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Training:

Training Date and Time: Monday, October 28, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Training will be conducted onsite.

Work Schedule:

Hours of Operation: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday.
Staggered unpaid half-hour meal periods around 4:00 PM.
Staggered paid 10-minute breaks around 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

30-minute unpaid lunch break.

Compensation:

Pay Rate: $22.68 per hour, paid weekly.
