Schedule

- Flexible hours with appointments scheduled directly with insureds
Responsibilities
- Conduct premium audits for Worker’s Compensation, General Liability, and other exposures by reviewing policyholder records
- Schedule and manage appointments with insureds to gather required documentation
- Investigate business operations and prepare detailed audit reports
- Submit reports through EXL’s platform, meeting quality and customer requirements
- Adhere to confidentiality, accuracy, and performance standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior customer service, auditing, or insurance experience a plus
- Knowledge of insurance and accounting principles preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with accountability and attention to detail
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay: $7.25 – $15.00 per hour (depending on location and experience)
