Location: Rockville, Maryland
Position Type: Full Time (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm) – Remote

Job Description: As a Registered Dietitian at Capital Medical Partners, you will play a crucial role in providing expert nutritional care and guidance to patients with a variety of complex health conditions. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing patients’ dietary needs, developing individualized nutrition plans, and offering ongoing support to help patients manage their health. This role requires a high level of autonomy and expertise in managing complex cases, including Diabetes, Obesity, Hypertension, and Renal Disease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients with complex health conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans and interventions.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting plans as necessary.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on dietary management of chronic conditions.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure integrated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Handle billing and coding for dietitian-related services.
Requirements:
- Registered Dietitian credential.
- Must Reside in Maryland, DC or Virginia despite being a remote role
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Registered Dietitian.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and manage complex cases.
- Strong experience with Diabetes, Obesity, Hypertension, Renal Disease, and other chronic conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
