What you’ll be doing:
- Building and executing on our consultant relations strategy to drive Spring Health awareness and understanding in the employer and Health Plan healthcare benefit space
- Leading and developing a team of 5+ Strategic Alliances directors and senior managers
- Driving pipeline growth through strategies you identify, including building our partnerships and relationships with benefits consulting firms
- Building relationships with leaders across national and regional benefits consulting firms to educate the market and build partnerships
- Partnering closely with our internal marketing team to support engagement with consultants including targeted marketing campaigns, sponsorships and events
- Partnering with other sales, customer success, product and clinical leadership and cross functional teams for effective collaboration as we work towards a common mission
- Providing competitive intelligence and consultant viewpoints to internal Spring Health stakeholders to inform how we build and grow

What we expect from you:
- You have 5+ years of leadership experience.
- Leading benefit consulting teams, consulting relations and/or sales teams focused on the enterprise, commercial and SMB clients with deep relationships and strong credibility across national consulting and regional brokerage firms
- You are energized by meeting new people and building long-lasting relationships
- You have strong communication skills and are intellectually curious
- You are able to ruthlessly prioritize and work in a rapidly changing environment
- You are a top performer, yet a collaborative and cross-functional player who thrives in a culture of collaboration, accountability, and entrepreneurship, with tremendous drive, intelligence, and judgment
- You are a self-starter who thrives when given autonomy, with proven ability and desire to build effective internal/external relationships
- You have an authentic passion for eliminating barriers to mental healthcare
The target base salary range for this position is $180,000 – $185,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Databaseat minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
