About Care Access

Schedule
- Full-time, remote (US-based)
- Less than 10% travel required
Responsibilities
- Develop forecasts and plans for how the Future of Medicine program contributes to clinical trial enrollment
- Write, assess, and refine referral scripts to ensure clarity, accuracy, and accessibility
- Lead training sessions for outreach teams on effective patient communication
- Monitor and evaluate call transcripts and referral outcomes to improve engagement strategies
- Collaborate across digital marketing, operations, and member services to deliver on enrollment goals
- Analyze performance metrics and share insights with leadership and sponsors
- Trail-blaze new processes and best practices for patient outreach
- Ensure alignment with study protocols and collaborate with clinical teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of professional experience, including 3–5 years in clinical research, pharma, or biotech
- Exceptional writing skills with ability to simplify complex medical protocols into patient-friendly language
- Strong professional presence and communication skills for sponsor and stakeholder engagement
- Proven analytical skills and experience interpreting call/referral data
- Resourcefulness, entrepreneurial mindset, and problem-solving ability
- Collaborative, coachable, and continuous improvement mindset
