Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Perform non-medical reviews and process redetermination letters with accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare reports, analyze workload data, and resolve processing issues using multiple software tools.
- Update and maintain letters, templates, and departmental documents.
- Gather and prepare documentation for legal inquiries and administrative requests.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare, insurance, or Medicare/Medicaid services.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Medicare-specific knowledge preferred but not required—training provided.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with sound judgment.
