Job Description
Our Candidate Experience Team is hiring a temporary Candidate Experience Coordinator. This role will be ~20 hours per week for approximately 12 weeks to assist with seasonal recruiting volume.

The schedule for this role would generally be 7 AM – 11 AM EST Monday-Friday, with flexibility as needed and may be subject to change.

The Wayfair Candidate Experience Team is in charge of creating a positive hiring experience for our candidates and internal partners to ensure we hire the best and right talent into each role. Recruiting coordinators are an essential part of the hiring process and facilitate the movement of candidates through the interview process, making sure it runs as smoothly as possible.

What You’ll Do:

Coordinate and execute seamless and efficient virtual and on-site interview schedules, from beginning to end, while creating a positive experience for candidates, recruiters and hiring teams
Effectively communicate with candidates gathering availability and informing them of their interview itinerary, logistics, etc.
Heavy calendar management including scheduling virtual offsite and onsite interviews
Arrange candidate travel and accommodations, and answer questions and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure a premium candidate experience
Coordinate interview shadowing for new interviewers
Compile scheduling reports that summarize personal and team metrics
Multi-task effectively, quickly, and accurately in a fast-paced work environment
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
What You’ll Need:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with ambiguity and multitasking
Proficiency in the Google suite of applications and Recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, GoodTime, Prelude and/or other global ATS and scheduling programs
A sense of urgency and great attention to detail to deliver results for the business while working as part of a team
Ability to work collaboratively with all levels and roles within the organization
This is a temporary, part-time, non-exempt role that will pay $33/hour per hour.
