What you will do:

  • Schedule phone, video interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency
  • Maintain recruitment applicant tracking system ensuring information is up-to-date
  • Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with our candidates
  • Deliver a great recruiting experience for all candidates
  • Willingness to work across multiple US time zones as we are a global, remote company
  • Work closely with other coordinators on cross-functional teams

What you will need:

  • You have a highly developed online organizational style. You KNOW and LOVE calendars, spreadsheets and you can find your way around most software tools. Incredibly organized with superior attention to detail.
  • 1+ years experience in an admin/coordination-based role
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time efficiently
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Experience in prioritizing different functions and tasks while managing their work time
  • Experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook or PC based calendar/meeting applications
