The Role
Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with the entire hiring process. The coordinator provides support and works collaboratively with the People Operations team and will be part of building best in class hiring processes. You’ll help with sourcing, scheduling, and additional administrative tasks while making a big impact with the companies hiring plan. You should have some people operations, sourcing, or human resources experience with a desire to grow and develop to take more responsibility in the future.
What You’ll Do
- Own scheduling for the entire interview process
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to source for candidates who would be a great fit for the VergeSense Team
- Guide candidates through the process during their interviews to ensure everything is going smoothly
- Collaborate with hiring managers and the recruiting team to ensure that candidates are moving seamlessly and smoothly though the interview process
