Position Overview
The recruiting team at Particle is growing! At Particle, we want every candidate – no matter the interview outcome – to have nothing short of a positive experience. We take pride in our fast but thoughtful approach and our consistent communication with all candidates. We are passionate about building a diverse and inclusive team and are looking for a recruiting coordinator who shares similar values!
You will:
- Support candidates through the virtual hiring process by scheduling phone and video interviews – you will own scheduling for phone, zoom and on site interviews.
- Provide candidates with a top-notch, white glove experience by responding promptly to emails and questions with empathy and transparency.
- Be a resource to your recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates.
- Work with the recruiting team to identify opportunities to improve interview processes and the candidate experience.
- Ensure the smooth running of the recruiting cycle.
- Have an opportunity to, eventually, take on more responsibilities i.e. sourcing.
You have:
- At least 6 months of prior experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a growing and fast-paced environment; preferably a startup.
- Outstanding communication, organization, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills (you love checking things off your to-do list)!
- Incredible attention to detail – you always review your work and strive for perfection.
- Outstanding oral/written communication skills – you are proactive and can clearly communicate priorities in a high stress environment.
- Excellent business etiquette with an ability to handle multiple tasks at once and maintain order in a time-sensitive, fast-paced environment.
- A natural ability to provide excellent customer service and thoroughly enjoy helping others.
- Passion for representing the Particle brand and bringing top talent to the Particle team.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred).
- Experience with Google Suite.
