The Role

We are looking for a remote Recruiting Coordinator to support our US team (ideal schedule Monday-Friday 9am-5pm CST). As an ambassador to candidates, our recruiters, and internal partners, you will iterate existing processes to improve candidate and hiring manager experience alike. You are naturally biased towards action, treat people with respect, and take pride in helping others become more efficient.

In this role, you will report to the Director, Talent Acquisition and work closely with the recruiting team, outside recruiting partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Schedule Master. You will schedule phone screens, onsite interviews, case studies, and post-interview debrief meetings working directly with candidates and hiring managers in a timely manner.
  • Third-Party Liaison. Be the go-to team member for our 3rd party recruiters to help coordinate interviews with candidates.
  • Strong Communicator. Helps recruiters ensure interviewers are submitting notes within 24 hours of the interview and persuasively request for flexible scheduling to optimize hiring experience when possible.
  • Data Integrity. Manage and review candidate pipelines for stage management and data integrity.
  • Interview Prep. Add scorecards and interview questions to our hiring platform to facilitate preparation before interviews and debrief meetings.
  • Debrief Recap: Help recruiters create candidate debrief analyses for use throughout the interview and selection process.
  • Resume Reviews. Assist with resume review via boolean search provided by our recruiters.
  • Forward Thinker. Identify opportunities for improving the candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.

  • You take pride in your work and have an exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience providing exceptional customer service to candidates, internal, and external teams.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Must be proactive with strong initiative; comfortable working independently.
  • Ability to handle periods of increased workloads efficiently, consistently, and effectively.

Plus if…

  • Experience with Application Tracking Systems, Greenhouse experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience handling communication via social media platforms to help increase candidate awareness of interview process and expectations.

In 6 months, you will succeed at Kasa by having:

  • Helped decreased time to start by 5 days for the roles you help manage without losing sight of diversity goals.
  • Elevated the hiring and candidate experience.
  • Spent majority of time successfully performing at the level of role and became an invaluable part of the recruiting team.
