We are seeking a dedicated Recovery Assistant to support our Subrogation Recovery Analyst by conducting outbound calls and maintaining accurate records. This role requires clear and professional communication with attorneys, insurance adjusters, healthcare providers, and health plan members to obtain and document information related to claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to attorneys, insurance adjusters, health providers, and health plan members on behalf of the Subrogation Recovery Analyst.
- Gather information regarding claim status, lien acknowledgment, treatment details, and check status.
- Document file notes for each call, tracking the outcome and any relevant details.
- Communicate call outcomes and other essential information to the Subrogation Recovery Analyst.
- Achieve a daily target of 50 calls logged per day worked.
- Navigate and manage multiple computer applications efficiently.
Requirements:
- Experience in handling insurance, personal injury or healthcare fields
- Detail oriented and organized
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or college degree.
- Must have a home internet connection of 25 download and 10 upload Speed
- Must be able to hardwire your work computer directly to your home modem via ethernet of extender
- Must have a quiet workspace free from distractions.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
