Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Based in Coral Gables, Florida (University of Miami campus support)
- Standard administrative schedule under the Records and Student Services Manager
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary phone and email contact for student and parent questions related to applications and records
- Load, index, and manage documents, transcripts, and test scores in student information systems (Slate, PeopleSoft/CaneLink, PowerFaids, OnBase)
- Review and manage mismatched records, process change requests, and assist with final transcript reviews
- Maintain accurate, confidential student records in compliance with University policies
- Coordinate with University departments to support student records and admissions processes
What You Need
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in records management or customer service (higher education preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Knowledge of records management concepts and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
