Advantmed supports healthcare operations by helping ensure patient records are collected, verified, and routed correctly. This role sits in Record Retrieval, working directly with provider offices to secure medical records.
Schedule
- Remote (United States only, must be eligible to work in the U.S.)
- Part time
- Long-term seasonal role
- Shift expectation: 9-hour shifts (includes 1-hour break)
- Availability window: 6:00am–6:00pm PST, schedule assigned after training
What You’ll Do
- Place verification and follow-up calls to healthcare providers to collect patient records
- Resolve issues via phone and electronic communication
- Handle high outbound call volume (about 60–80 calls/day)
- Use MS Office tools to track work and stay productive
- Adapt to changing project instructions and business needs
- Maintain professionalism, strong interpersonal communication, and a team-first approach
- Be on video during the training period
What You Need
- 2–3 years call center experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with provider offices
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- High-speed internet with Ethernet connection
- Windows-based laptop/desktop with video calling capability
- Windows OS with Windows Professional suite
- Reliable power backup to avoid outages/disruptions
