Schedule
- Full-time, remote position (available in Florida, Texas, and Georgia)
- Salary: $45,000+ annually (DOE)

What You’ll Do
- Supervise revenue cycle staff including billers, coders, and collectors
- Mentor, train, and evaluate team members, fostering professional growth
- Oversee daily billing, coding, claim submission, payment posting, and collections
- Ensure claims are processed efficiently and denials addressed promptly
- Monitor KPIs such as AR days, denial rates, and collection rates
- Conduct monthly audits and ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements
- Provide feedback, performance reviews, and progressive discipline when necessary
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to improve outcomes
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and federal, state, and local regulations
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business Administration preferred
- 3+ years in revenue cycle management, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding, and payer requirements
- Proficiency in EHR systems and healthcare billing software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Certification such as CRCR or CPC preferred
- Must meet remote requirements: hardwired broadband internet (25 Mbps down / 20 Mbps up minimum)
