Soleo Health is seeking an experienced RCM Contract Implementation Administrator to support reimbursement operations. This role ensures contract compliance, delivers staff training, and collaborates with payors to resolve reimbursement issues—helping simplify complex care.

Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours per week)
  • Pay: $58,000–$63,000 annually

What You’ll Do

  • Provide education and training on payor contract requirements to Patient Access and Reimbursement teams
  • Create SOPs, learning aids, and resource tools; manage contract-specific resources on the company intranet
  • Develop and conduct billing audits to ensure compliance with government programs and payor contracts
  • Investigate reimbursement variances and work with payors on root cause analysis
  • Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and address audit findings
  • Prepare claim-related reports for submission to payors; assist with special projects
  • Act as liaison between reimbursement/intake staff and contracted payors to resolve concerns
  • Recommend improvements to billing practices to maximize margins and reduce losses
  • Support implementation of policies, programs, and best practices as directed by leadership

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent (degree in related field preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in home infusion or specialty pharmacy billing, collections, auditing, or financial analysis
  • Strong understanding of payor contracts and reimbursement methodologies for infusion/specialty pharmacy services
  • Experience conducting medical billing audits and resolving complex reimbursement issues
  • Advanced knowledge of commercial, managed care, Medicare Advantage, and other insurance plans
  • Familiarity with pricing/fee schedules for infusion or specialty pharmacy
  • High organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience developing process documentation preferred
  • CPR+ system experience preferred
