What You’ll Do
- Organize and enhance QA processes to align with Agile principles and project goals.
- Oversee automated testing and ensure integration with CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop test plans, track risks, and communicate status to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Release Train Engineers.
- Monitor and report on quality metrics, driving continuous improvement.
- Evaluate and adopt new testing tools and technologies.
- Manage QA resources, mentor team members, and lead hiring/onboarding.
What You Need
- Proven experience as a QA Lead or QA Manager.
- Deep expertise in QA methodologies, Agile testing, automation, and test management.
- Experience with digital payments is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with AI-driven QA tools for test generation and automation is a strong advantage.
