- Remote (role location listed as Orlando, FL)
- Hybrid potential after training (many associates can earn hybrid eligibility after ~120 days)
What You’ll Do
- Complete at least 8 quality reviews per associate per month (call monitoring, scoring, and KPI alignment)
- Audit case records to confirm charting and interactions are documented correctly
- Produce weekly and monthly quality score reports by associate, team, and/or program
- Identify service trends and partner with leadership to improve adherence to guidelines
- Serve as SME for program quality, spotting process gaps and streamlining workflows
- Help build training materials for program enhancements and support training sessions
- Monitor program AE’s and report findings for review and reconciliation
- Support periodic audits and additional quality-related projects as needed
What You Need
- Call center experience with quality call monitoring and/or system audit reviews (preferred)
- Experience in patient support, patient assistance, and/or financial access programs (preferred)
- Bilingual Spanish (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree or RN/BSN (nice to have)
- Strong fundamentals in: adaptability, customer service, professionalism, accuracy, documentation, and teamwork
