Schedule
- Temporary (seasonal) full-time role, through end of 2025 or early 2026
- Monday through Friday, 40+ hours per week
- Fully remote within the United States
- Must be available during standard business hours
Responsibilities
- Monitor sales and enrollment activities for compliance with legal, regulatory, and carrier-specific requirements
- Navigate internal systems to locate and review customer data, including call recordings, enrollment applications, and scorecards
- Verify accuracy of information using approved resources and websites
- Maintain a thorough understanding of assigned products and compliance requirements
- Record and report audit findings with clear, factual explanations
- Conduct audits in response to internal or external allegations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality and resolve discrepancies
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; insurance license and/or experience with Medicare health insurance, life insurance, or similar products preferred
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Proficiency in Windows-based systems, Microsoft Office, email, and internet navigation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and ethical reasoning skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to frequent changes
- Minimum typing speed of 20 WPM
