Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (U.S. only)
  • Standard business hours (Monday–Friday)

What You’ll Do

  • Submit, track, and escalate issues related to agent client credentials
  • Manage new hire ID provisioning and offboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate rosters in Salesforce and QuickBase
  • Track attrition and produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Collaborate with Operations, IT, Training, and Recruiting to support provisioning needs
  • Ensure compliance with Protected Health Information (PHI) requirements
  • Analyze and resolve issues quickly while keeping stakeholders informed

What You Need

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
  • Strong organizational skills with urgency and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, QuickBase, or other database platforms
  • Background in contact center operations or BPO a plus
  • Project management skills or experience
