Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Monday–Friday schedule (standard business hours, no weekends)
- U.S.-based remote position
What You’ll Do
- Process new hire IDs and manage offboarding activities
- Submit, track, and escalate agent credentialing issues
- Maintain accurate rosters and attrition tracking in Salesforce and QuickBase
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports for leadership
- Collaborate with IT, Recruiting, Training, Project Management, and Operations
- Ensure PHI cleanup and compliance with data security standards
- Deliver excellent customer service to support client satisfaction
What You Need
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
- Familiarity with Windows, user settings, and productivity tools
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency
Preferred
- Experience with Salesforce, QuickBase, or database platforms
- Contact center operations or BPO background
- Project management skills or experience
