Responsibilities
- Verify member coverage, benefits, eligibility dates, and claim payment/status for providers
- Estimate member out-of-pocket costs and explain copayments
- Meet or exceed performance goals in efficiency, quality, satisfaction, and adherence
- Ensure compliance with BroadPath, client policies, and HIPAA regulations
Requirements
- 1+ year recent experience as a Provider Service Representative in a health plan setting
- 6+ months Medicare experience within the last 4 years
- Strong multitasking skills: navigating multiple windows/screens, researching, and accurate data entry during calls
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stay focused and productive with repetitive tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent
