Schedule
- Temporary/contract position
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- 100% remote (U.S.-based)
- Regular, reliable attendance required
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for providers with inquiries, delivering timely and professional responses
- Resolve and respond to provider claims issues and complaints, including fee schedule corrections and claims adjustments
- Provide education to providers and office staff regarding processes and policy changes
- Accurately update systems with provider demographic changes
- Process recruitment materials and applications from providers
- Assist with network recruitment projects, comparisons, and data entry
- Prepare documents for Credentialing and monitor provider complaints and grievances
- Recommend improvements to processes and procedures supporting departmental goals
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all data security guidelines
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s Degree preferred)
- 3+ years of customer service and administrative experience
- Experience in managed healthcare, provider relations, or vision care insurance preferred
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Understanding of HIPAA requirements and data security best practices
Pay & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $20.50–$22.00
