Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S.)

- No travel required
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to providers for portal navigation, contact verification, and follow-up on request letters
- Monitor and respond to provider emails, voicemails, and chat inquiries within service level standards
- Accurately document all interactions in company systems and escalate issues when needed
- Collaborate with leadership on workflow and system issues to improve processes
- Consistently meet quality and productivity benchmarks while maintaining HIPAA compliance
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous customer service or high-volume call center experience (healthcare background a plus)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, remote environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $35,000–$45,000 annually (depending on experience and location)
