What You’ll Do

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls with provider offices; resolve scheduling issues live on the call
  • Build relationships with assigned providers and health plans; use approved scripts to drive chart submissions (onsite tech, portal, fax, mail, etc.)
  • Work PNP Release inventory; merge/reassign orgs as needed; log all activity accurately in web-based tools
  • Handle pushbacks, escalations, and special projects for the Outreach team while maintaining HIPAA compliance
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly performance goals and contribute to continuous improvement

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED; 6+ months scheduling/customer service and 1+ year call center experience (outbound preferred)
  • Strong phone presence, clear communication, and diplomacy under pressure
  • Basic medical terminology; ability to interpret and relay information accurately
  • Intermediate Windows skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort with web-based medical record apps
  • Consistent, reliable attendance and a team-first mindset; ability to work in a fast-paced, results-based environment
