Schedule

  • Full-time, remote position
  • 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM MST, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities

  • Review and process initial provider enrollment applications per state requirements
  • Update provider changes, certifications, and license records
  • Navigate multiple systems and licensing/medical certification sites to obtain updates
  • Follow up with providers on outstanding issues within contractual guidelines
  • Provide high-quality customer service through clear written and verbal communication
  • Capture and document all inquiries and responses within system tools
  • Investigate complex inquiries, identify solutions, and support providers via secure message, email, and phone
  • Promote positive relationships with providers and stakeholders

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in healthcare, preferably credentialing or regulatory
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and business software proficiency
  • Proven issue-resolution experience in provider enrollment, compliance, or customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
