What You’ll Do
- Complete CAQH credentialing for new providers and update provider records.
- Follow up with payers on effective dates, statuses, and identification numbers.
- Process applications, re-credentialing, demographic updates, and location changes.
- Research payer enrollment requirements and resolve enrollment issues.
- Maintain accurate databases with provider documentation and licenses.
- Communicate updates to market contacts and ensure timely enrollment progress.
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an insurance payer role and/or provider enrollment.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
