Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Monday–Friday (overtime may be required by management)
Responsibilities
- Receive notifications for new provider enrollments and generate required applications within 60 days of contract start
- Conduct payer research and add providers to the Teamworks system
- Prepare, send, and track enrollment applications; follow up on missing paperwork
- Review returned packets for accuracy and update credentials with payers
- Generate reports on outstanding billing paperwork and follow up with providers
- Manage revalidations and CAQH re-attestations
- Serve as primary contact for provider withdrawals and coordinate updates
- Support the Clinician Onboarding Liaison (COL) and Credentials Data Coordinators
- Train staff on enrollment processes and assist with departmental projects
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of clerical/administrative experience; healthcare or provider enrollment background preferred
- Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities
