Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Standard business hours, with some overtime required as needed
What You’ll Do
- Receive notifications for new provider enrollments and generate applications.
- Conduct payer research and ensure all requirements are met.
- Track, prepare, and send applications to providers; follow up on missing paperwork.
- Review returned packets for accuracy and update Teamworks system.
- Manage CAQH re-attestations, revalidations, and re-credentialing processes.
- Train staff and support the Provider Enrollment Department with special projects.
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- At least 1 year of business/clerical experience (healthcare or provider enrollment preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.
