BroadPath is currently hiring Provider Enrollment Representatives . The Provider Enrollment Representatives is responsible in the provider enrollment process to review, research, analyze, and process provider enrollment applications. Ensures provider file integrity and that suppliers are in compliance with established standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities
Evaluate provider enrollment applications, including initial full applications, reenrollment, reactivation, and change of information requests.
Conduct in-depth review and verification of provider data, ensuring its authenticity and accuracy.
Utilize information databases and collaborate with various organizations/agencies to verify provider data.
Set up and test Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) accounts.
Enter and update provider data information and applications into the appropriate enrollment database, ensuring the efficient processing and tracking of applications.
Deliver high-quality customer service and effectively address inquiries from external and internal customers via correspondence and telephone.
Gather information from internal departments, providers, and government or private agencies to resolve discrepancies or problems.
Provide interested enrollees with enrollment applications and general information on the enrollment process.
Contribute to and participate in special projects related to provider files.
Assist Technical Support staff in testing system changes related to provider files.
Support process improvements related to Provider Enrollment.
Assist with provider education and provider services training initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
*Required to participate in training sessions, meetings, and other work-related activities via video conferencing.
Ability to interact and stay engaged on camera during training while maintaining a professional appearance and positive demeanor.
Bachelor’s degree, associate degree – or- 2 years of Provider Enrollment work experience
6 months of experience working in an office environment.
Must have worked for a MAC (Medicare Administrative Contractor)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
