What You’ll Do
- Coordinate provider enrollment applications for billing with multiple payers/carriers
- Generate “Applications Stopped in House” reports in Teamworks and take action to move items forward
- Review weekly exception reports from management and prioritize urgent issues
- Prepare and send payer applications; complete online enrollment applications
- Complete CAQH profiles and manage CAQH re-attestations
- Document application and enrollment data in Teamworks
- Request IDX# support from the billing center / IDX maintenance
- Resolve enrollment application deficiencies and follow up on missing items
- Update management when payers request additional forms or when PE forms need updates
- Train staff on provider enrollment processes
- Partner closely with Clinician Onboarding Liaison (COL) and Credentials Coordinator (CDR)
- Provide general support to the Provider Enrollment department
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- 1+ year experience with contracts, legal documents, or healthcare-related work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Meticulous accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication (comfortable communicating with Providers, Medical Directors, and VPOs)
- Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and stay steady under pressure
- Team-oriented mindset
