Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (nationwide U.S.)
  • Eastern Time Zone schedule

What You’ll Do

  • Review daily provider documentation for coding production assignments
  • Deliver weekly and monthly feedback on documentation trends to specialists and providers
  • Perform ongoing analysis of medical record documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Support senior education specialists on focused documentation initiatives
  • Complete special projects and provide reporting as assigned

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED required; degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, or related field preferred
  • Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or equivalent credential required
  • 4+ years of coding experience and 2+ years of auditing experience
  • Knowledge of hospital medicine coding, medical terminology, anatomy, and documentation standards
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build professional relationships
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
