Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ability to review entire RFP questionnaire and requirements documents and quickly identify items that can be responded to using our standard knowledgebase (RFPIO)
  • Thoroughly understand and use all available sales support tools, including the knowledgebase, SharePoint sites and marketing collateral
  • Ability to populate questionnaire using standard information available from all available resources
  • Ability to effectively understand RFP questions and search to find an accurate and complete response
  • Ability to customize standard responses to incorporate customer strategy while maintaining consistency with our corporate marketing and style guidelines
  • Responsible for pulling all standard exhibits applicable to RFP
  • Complete project work as assigned accurately and within specified deadlines
  • Participate in relevant training opportunities that will enhance both individual performance and overall unit performance

Required Qualifications:

  • College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1+ years of experience writing RFPs; preferably in pharmacy benefit management industry or health care industry
  • Experience utilizing solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience utilizing strategic and critical thinking skills
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams and SharePoint at a proficient level

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to keep track of various project pieces
  • Flexible, proactive and able to cope with changing conditions

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $54,400 to $97,000. The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $60,000 to $106,700. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
